Carbon Lab 3D accepts custom projects that do not fit a standard product listing. We can help with one-off parts, personalized products, prototypes, branded business items, signs, decals, and small production runs.
How the process works
- Tell us what you need. Include the intended use, approximate size, quantity, material preference, and any deadline.
- Send your files. Email your sketches, reference photos, logo, STL, 3MF, STEP, SVG, DXF, PNG, JPG, or other available artwork to carbonlab3d@gmail.com. Include your Shopify order number if you already placed an order.
- We review the project. We check manufacturability, artwork quality, material choice, machine time, and any design work required.
- You approve the scope and price. Custom production does not begin until the project details and final price are confirmed.
- We make it. Your project is produced, quality checked, and prepared for pickup or shipment.

Pricing
Pricing depends on material, machine time, design work, finishing, quantity, and project complexity. When a product listing uses a project-review deposit, that deposit is applied toward the approved project total unless otherwise stated.
Artwork & file rights
Please submit only artwork, logos, characters, models, and files that you own or have permission to use. Carbon Lab 3D may decline projects that are unsafe, unlawful, infringing, or unsuitable for the requested application.
